Tim Spitzer

Tim Spitzer, MBA, PMP, currently serves as the Manager of ERP at Hood Packaging Corporation since July 2025. Prior experience includes roles at Bristol Myers Squibb as a Business Delivery Lead, where Tim facilitated the QAD ERP implementation for a newly acquired viral vector facility and supported systems delivery for Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality. As a Digital Program Manager at Johnson & Johnson, Tim led the PharmaLedger Electronic Product Information Blockchain project, including the deployment of the first eLeaflet pilot in Singapore. Additionally, Tim worked as an IT Strategic Business Partner at Novartis, managing multiple projects for Gene Therapy manufacturing facilities. Tim also held the position of Director of Business Systems at Exactech, overseeing various business applications and compliance initiatives, and started the career as a Project Leader and Software Development Consultant at Pronto Progress. Educational credentials include an MBA from the University of Florida and a BBA in Management Computer Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
