Jon Baddley has held a variety of roles in the digital marketing and software industries. Jon began their career in 1992 as a Sales Representative at WorkflowOne. In 1996, they joined Xerox as a Software Sales Manager, a Marketing Executive for their Document Centre line, and a Major Account Manager. In 2001, they became the Director of International Sales & Marketing at EnableUs, A GMAC Commercial Holding Company (now Capmark Financial Group). In 2006, they took on the role of VP Sales & Marketing at Digital Pen Systems. In 2016, they were selected by Adobe to be a member of its Customer Advisory Board for Adobe's digital marketing cloud business. In 2018, they joined Hoodoo Digital as their Chief Growth Officer.
Jon Baddley obtained a BA in Business and French from the University of Utah. Jon also holds Adobe Campaign Sales Certification from Adobe, obtained in 2014, as well as Adobe Analytics Sales Certification and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sales Certification, both obtained in 2012. Jon also holds an AWS Sales Certification from Amazon Web Services.
