Astrid Russchen

Astrid Russchen has extensive experience in communication advisory roles, currently serving as a Communicatie-adviseur and Facilitator at Hoogheemraadschap De Stichtse Rijnlanden since January 2003. Prior experience includes working as a Communicatieadviseur at Gemeente Coevorden from January 1998 to December 2002. Astrid has pursued a variety of professional development courses, including participation in the Hoogwaterbeschermingsprogramma (HWBP) in 2019, Hartelijk Gefaciliteerd in 2017, Gewoon aan de Slag in 2015, and a series of specialized training programs in internal communication and governmental communication from 2001 to 2013.
