Cindy Koens

Cindy Koens has extensive experience in project management and business support, currently serving as a Project Assistant at Hoogheemraadschap van Rijnland since February 2021. Prior to this role, Cindy worked at Ciena from March 2010 to January 2021 as a Project Officer in the Business Support Office. Additional experience includes a long tenure at Nortel Networks as a Project Officer, along with voluntary service at UNICEF as a Depot Holder between 2005 and January 2010. Early career experience includes order management at Memorex Telex from 1987 to 1989. Cindy's educational background spans several institutions, including a series of programs at ISW and Ciena, culminating in a comprehensive skill set developed since 1974.
