Marina Den Houdijker

Marina den Houdijker is a legal advisor currently working at Hoogheemraadschap van Rijnland since February 2023. Concurrently, Marina serves as the chairperson for the Examination Appeals Board at Leiden University, where this independent body addresses appeals in accordance with higher education law. Marina's previous experience includes a significant role as a jurist at the Council of State from April 2016 to February 2023, focusing on migration law and coordination of knowledge management within the Immigration Chamber. Additional roles include developing migration law education at The Hague University of Applied Sciences and serving as a university lecturer at Leiden University's Faculty of Law, where Marina also completed a Ph.D. in public law.
