Hans Den Otter

Hans den Otter is an experienced contract and project manager with a robust background in infrastructure, shipbuilding projects, and property management. Currently serving as a Contractmanager at Hoogheemraadschap van Schieland en de Krimpenerwaard since November 2020, Hans previously held similar roles at PSJ Contract Support B.V. and managed various projects at Dura Vermeer Railinfra B.V. and RET. Hans began a career in project leadership at Estrade Projecten, overseeing projects such as public area developments and renovations in Rotterdam.
