Laura Serna

Laura Serna is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in client success and management. Currently serving as a Client Success Manager at Hook + Ladder Digital since November 2023, Laura has also been a member of the Management Board for Help Colombia since June 2020, focusing on improving health, education, and safety in marginalized communities in Medellin. Prior to this, Laura held various roles at Hustler Marketing, including Sales Development Executive and Client Account Manager, where responsibilities included managing customer relationships and implementing advanced email marketing techniques. Laura's experience also encompasses project development at Big Gains Media, sales and marketing at Lukount, volunteering for a nonprofit organization, and project management at Shapes + Forms. Educational qualifications include a degree in Financial Engineering from Universidad de Medellín and ongoing studies in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Universidad EAFIT.
