Prior experience includes General Manager positions at Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza and Ignite Restaurant Group, as well as Kitchen Manager and General Manager roles at Bar Louie and California Pizza Kitchen. Additionally, Robert held management positions at Carlson and Applebee's - Apple-Metro, Inc. Robert Williams earned an Associate's degree in Restaurant/Food Services Management from Rockland Community College and a High School Diploma with a focus on Culinary Arts from Tappan Zee High School.
