Honey Kimery has a diverse work experience in the creative industry. Honey started their career as a Gallery Monitor at Ringling College of Art and Design, where they provided information about artwork and maintained exhibition environments. Honey then interned at The Untitled Magazine and Jill Wachter Photography, gaining experience as a photographer's assistant and digital tech.
Kimery's career progressed as they became a Retoucher at Time Inc., working closely with creative directors and editors to retouch, color correct, and create composites for various publications and clients. Honey also worked as a Freelance Retoucher at Gloss Studio, where they performed image editing tasks under the guidance of senior retouchers.
In 2018, Kimery joined Taylor James Ltd as a Retoucher, specializing in automotive clients. Honey worked on extensions, composites, color grading, and creative edits on 3D rendered vehicles, ensuring quality and meeting company standards. Honey also interned at Taylor James Ltd as a Retouching Intern, further honing their skills.
