Earl Armstrong

Earl Armstrong, CPA, currently serves as Senior Vice President of Finance & Corporate Secretary and CFO of the HMI Segment at Hooker Furnishings Corporation since February 2017. Previously, Earl Armstrong held various positions at Hooker Furniture Corporation, including Director of Accounting and Director of Financial Reporting from August 2009 to January 2016. Prior to this, Earl Armstrong was Assistant Corporate Controller at Bassett Furniture Industries and Manager of SEC Reporting & Taxes at Stanley Furniture Co., Inc. Earl Armstrong began a career in finance as an Audit Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Earl Armstrong received both an MS and BS in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
