Kirk Gale

Kirk Gale has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kirk is currently the Project and Continuous Improvement Director at Hooker Furnishings Corporation since December 2021. Prior to this role, they worked at Lowe's Companies, Inc. from 2014 to 2021, starting as an Assistant Store Manager and progressing to become a Store Manager and SMTP Bench Manager. From 2007 to 2014, Kirk served as the General Manager at Rug & Home, and from 1998 to 2005, they held the position of General Manager at Bassett Furniture Industries, Inc. Kirk also worked as an Independent Sales Agent at Aflac from 2001 to 2002, and as a Personnel Manager at PK's Bar and Grill from 1994 to 1997.

Kirk Gale earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Marketing Management from Virginia Tech - Pamplin College of Business between 1994 and 1996. Prior to that, they obtained an Associates in Business Administration from Patrick & Henry Community College from 1992 to 1994. In 2016, they completed a program in Executive Leadership and Development at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
