Francisco Olvera

Francisco Olvera has over twenty-three years of experience in the construction industry, beginning as a Heavy Equipment Operator at Scurry Construction Inc. from March 2000 to September 2005. Francisco then worked as an Operator at Riggs Contracting, Inc. from September 2005 to June 2007, before advancing to Senior Superintendent at Hoopaugh Grading, LLC., a position held since June 2007. Throughout this career, Francisco has developed extensive expertise in project management and operational oversight in heavy machinery and grading operations.
