Zack Koenes

Zack Koenes is an experienced project estimator currently at Hoopaugh Grading Company, LLC since April 2022, with prior roles as a project manager at TURNER MURPHY CO., INC. and Dellinger, Inc., focusing on rehabilitation, new construction, and updates of water and wastewater treatment plants in the Carolinas.
