Jim Lohmeyer

Jim Lohmeyer is an experienced professional in safety and technical training management, currently serving as the Safety and Technical Training Manager at HOOPER since September 2022. In this role, Jim directs the planning and implementation of training programs while assessing the company's training needs and maintaining a consistent training culture. Prior to HOOPER, Jim held various positions at Plexus Corp. from January 2016 to September 2022, including Training Supervisor, Senior Training Specialist, and Training Specialist, developing training programs and supporting compliance initiatives. Jim's earlier experience includes serving as Online Learning Manager at Regal Rexnord, where oversight of a global learning center and Learning Management System administration was key. Jim's educational background includes an Associate's Degree in Fine Arts from East Central College, along with studies at St. Louis Community College and the American Academy of Art.
