Ali Boudhina

Ali Boudhina, Ph.D., currently serves as the Senior Director of Credit Risk at the Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP) since October 2023. Prior to this role, Boudhina was a Senior Director of Risk Modeling and an Advisory Director focused on Quantitative Analysis and Risk Measurement in Fixed Income at the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ) from November 2016 to October 2023. Boudhina also held various positions, including Senior Manager and Manager, at Deloitte Canada from December 2010 to November 2016. Boudhina specializes in mathematical modeling and the implementation of software in Matlab and C++ for Risk Management, with notable achievements in developing derivative expected exposure calculations, VaR, and credit derivatives pricing. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Financial Mathematics and a Master of Science in Financial Engineering from HEC Montréal, as well as a degree in Economic and Management Sciences from Tunisia Polytechnic School.
