Nicholas D'Souza has extensive work experience in various roles within the healthcare and finance sectors. Nicholas began their career as an HRIS/Compensation Analyst at HOOPP in 2008 and progressed through roles such as Senior Analyst, Manager, and Senior Manager before joining Sears Canada Inc. In Sears, Nicholas held positions as a Finance-Administrative Assistant and a Senior Compensation Analyst before becoming the Corporate Human Resources Director. After leaving Sears, Nicholas returned to HOOPP and took on roles of increasing responsibility, including Senior Director and Vice President of Total Rewards.
Nicholas D'Souza completed their Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science & Employment Relations at the University of Toronto - University of St. Michael's College. Nicholas began their studies in 1999 and successfully completed the program in 2004.
