Wilexander Go is a seasoned Senior Business Analyst currently with HOOPP since November 2020. Prior to this, Wilexander accumulated extensive experience at Chevron from June 2010 to September 2019, serving as a Senior IT Business Analyst, Data Conversion Analyst for the Workday System, Global Subject Matter Expert for the JDE HR/Payroll Module, and Project Manager for the JDE HR Data Standardization Project. Wilexander's expertise includes providing global support for Human Capital Management and Payroll systems, managing IT projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and leading system enhancements and user training. A graduate of De La Salle University with a BS in Information Communications Technology Management, Wilexander has demonstrated a strong ability to analyze business processes, implement IT solutions, and mentor junior analysts.
