Theo Schroen

Theo Schroen is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in various roles within the HR and digital sectors. As Co-founder and CEO of HoorayHR since January 2019, Theo has been instrumental in developing an all-in-one HR tool for entrepreneurs. Prior to HoorayHR, Theo co-founded InfographicsLab, serving as CIO from November 2014 to January 2022, focusing on innovative data visualization techniques. Additionally, Theo co-founded Liters, a digital product studio, and was active in business development from April 2014 to January 2022. Previous roles include authoring for Frankwatching, advising on communication strategies at Enof communicatiegroep, and managing business operations at Feebz.nl. Theo's early career included project-based work and marketing consultancy, alongside completing a degree in Commercial Economics from Avans University of Applied Sciences.
