Kaitlyn Miller

Kaitlyn Miller has extensive work experience at Hoosier Crane Service Company. Kaitlyn started in 2011 as an Engineering Intern, where they managed CAD approval drawings, special projects, and conducted research. Kaitlyn continued to work at the company and held various roles, including Operations Manager and Engineering Manager. In their roles, they managed engineering, production, installation, purchasing, and warehousing departments and oversaw project execution, budgets, and daily operational tasks. Kaitlyn is currently serving as the Director of Operations, starting in October 2022.

Kaitlyn Miller has a strong educational background in engineering. Kaitlyn obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University, studying from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended Manchester University from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Engineering Science. In addition to their academic achievements, Kaitlyn also holds a certification as a Certified Welding Inspector from the American Welding Society, which they obtained in June 2017.
