Todd has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including V.P. of Service & Manufacturing, COO, and General Manager, with a foundational background as Service Manager. Prior to this, Todd worked at Overhead Crane Company from 1999 to 2003, progressing through roles such as Service Manager for the Chicago Branch, Parts Manager, Service Scheduler, and Service Technician.
