Kyle Parker

Kyle Parker, CPA has a strong and extensive work experience in the field of finance and accounting. Kyle started their career at BKD, LLP in 2004 as a Supervisor, responsible for attestation engagements and overseeing multiple staff members. During their tenure at BKD, LLP, Kyle successfully passed the CPA exam on their first attempt. In 2010, they joined Hoosier Energy as a Property Accountant, where they specialized in fixed asset accounting for utilities. Kyle later served as a Senior Accountant and then as an Assistant Controller, leading a team through various financial tasks and reporting activities. In 2015, Kyle transitioned to the role of Forecast Analyst, where they utilized data analysis and modeling techniques to forecast electricity usage. Kyle was also responsible for mining sales and weather data for trends and creating data visualizations. In 2019, Kyle became the Manager of Financial Services at Hoosier Energy, taking on a more senior role in financial management. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Finance and Controller at Hoosier Energy.

Kyle Parker, CPA holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University Bloomington, which was obtained from 1999 to 2003. In addition to their degree, Kyle has obtained several certifications. In January 2005, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the State of Indiana. More recently, in November 2017, they completed the Hoosier Energy Executive Leadership Development program at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
