Emily Meade Phelps, MLD, currently serves as an Organizational Development Partner at Hoosier Hills Credit Union since November 2022 and has been a Birth & Postpartum Doula at Matrescence Perinatal Care since June 2019. Previously, Emily contributed to Indiana University Health in Talent Development, where responsibilities included facilitating critical skills trainings and managing a leadership training academy for over 2,000 leaders. Additionally, Emily served as an Adjunct Professor at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College from 2019 to 2021. Prior experience at Cook Medical spanned ten years in various roles, including Training Operations, Training Project Manager, Marketing Specialist, and Interim EMEA Marketing Manager. Emily earned a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus in Vocal Performance from Illinois Wesleyan University.
