Carmen Stoica

Carmen Stoica is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in customer support, project management, and marketing. Currently, Carmen serves as a Workforce Management Intraday Analyst at Hootsuite, having previously held roles as an Enterprise Customer Support Advocate and Customer Support Advocate. From April 2016 to December 2020, Carmen worked at Organizatia Umanitara CONCORDIA in various capacities, including Project Manager and Project Assistant. Earlier experience includes positions at Kaufland Romania as an Assistant Lettings Manager and CSR Committee Member, and marketing roles at Cyclic Agency and Teddy Bear Romania. Carmen’s educational background includes a Master's Degree in Entrepreneurship and Business Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, both from Academia de Studii Economice din București, complemented by a High School diploma in Mathematics and Computer Science from Colegiul National "I.L.Caragiale".
