Felipe Ordonez

Felipe Ordonez is a Special Projects Analyst at Hoover CS, where responsibilities include creating custom Power BI dashboards and supporting cross-functional teams with data analysis. Previously, Felipe worked as an Undergraduate Researcher in the Texas A&M Talent Incubator Program, focusing on redefining the customer journey and developing customer personas. A past Field Sales Intern at FedEx, Felipe engaged with potential leads and initiated communication with customers. Felipe also served as an OAL Student Assistant at Texas A&M University, providing customer service and maintaining campus technology, and participated in a capstone project developing a Python recommendation tool for last mile logistics. Felipe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University.
