Dan Zebrowski has extensive experience in Human Resources and leadership roles. Dan currently serves as the Head of Human Resources, Labor and Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Administration at HOP Energy LLC. Prior to this, they were a Volunteer/Advisor at Bridgeport Neighborhood Trust, where they focused on Employee Relations, Organizational Development, Culture Change, and Talent Management.

From 2016 to 2022, Dan Zebrowski worked as the Principal at Newhall Press Room, where they developed and launched a highly successful restaurant and wine bar. In this role, they managed a team of 23 and directed all HR activities, including staffing, onboarding, compensation, employee relations, performance management, and employee training and development.

Before that, they were the Chief Human Resources Officer at Classic Party Rentals from 2012 to 2016. Dan led a team of 15 and was responsible for executing HR strategic plans and objectives for the company.

Dan Zebrowski also served as the VP of Human Resources at Fox Corporation from 2008 to 2011, where they built a stand-alone HR function and was responsible for Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, Diversity and Inclusion, Compensation, and Corporate Culture Change.

Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Director of Human Resources at Aramark Uniform Services from 2004 to 2007, and Manager of Human Resources Generalist Affairs at Disney Consumer Products from 1998 to 2004.

Throughout their career, Dan Zebrowski has demonstrated expertise in areas such as talent management, change management, organizational development, staffing, and manpower planning.

Dan Zebrowski completed a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota in 2012. Prior to that, in 2011-2012, they obtained a Certificate in Human Resources and Employee Relations from Penn State University. For their undergraduate education, they attended Le Moyne College from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Labor Relations and Public Policy.
