Babu Lal Saha has over 20 years of work experience in finance and administration roles. Babu Lal most recently worked as the Head of Administration and IT at Hop Lun, where they managed transport, housekeeping, security, and supplier negotiations. Previously, they worked as the Manager of Finance and Administration at Renaissance Jewellery Bangladesh, where they prepared financial statements and reports. Babu Lal also served as the Finance Manager at JTC Group of Companies, overseeing financial reports and calculations. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Account Officer at Hop Lun and an Account Executive at H.R Textile Mills Ltd., handling cash management and reconciliations. Babu Lal Saha is an M Com graduate and a certified financial consultant.

Babu Lal Saha has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from the University of Dhaka, which they obtained from 1990 to 1991. Babu Lal then pursued a Master's degree in Business/Commerce from the National University in Bangladesh, completing it between 1992 and 1993. Before their higher education, they attended Ghior Government College from 1988 to 1989, where they obtained a Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) in Business/Commerce. Babu Lal obtained the Certified Financial Consultant certification in July 2005 and the Income Tax Practitioner certification in July 2000.
