Melissa Johnston

Melissa Johnston is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in employee training and management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Healthcare Outcomes Performance Co. since August 2023, Melissa previously held positions as a Senior Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Manager at Rigid Industries from August 2015 to August 2023. Earlier in their career, Melissa worked at Truck-Lite Co., Inc. from 1995 to July 2015, where responsibilities included coordinating corporate training activities for a workforce of 1,500 employees and ensuring completion of required training. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Business Management degree from Houghton University, completed between 2003 and 2005, and a high school diploma from Falconer Central High School, obtained in 1986.
