Jen Pearson, CAFM has over 15 years of experience in the fleet management industry. Jen began their career in 2006 as an Assistant Manager at Office Depot. In 2011, they moved to Merchants Fleet Management as a Client Services Manager. From 2015 to 2023, they worked at LeasePlan, holding various roles including Vice President, Client Experience, Director, Client Experience, Dedicated Account Director, and Senior Account Executive. Most recently, they have been Vice President - Fleet Sales and Enterprise Accounts at HopDrive since 2023.
Jen Pearson, CAFM has an extensive education history. In 1996, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Baylor University. Jen then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin, which they completed in 2000. In addition to their formal education, Jen has obtained numerous certifications from LinkedIn, ranging from topics such as "Delegating Tasks" and "Leading Productive One-on-One Meetings" to "Creating Your Personal Brand" and "Smart Cities: Solving Urban Problems Using Technology".
