HOPE Atlanta is one of Georgia’s longest-standing nonprofit agencies dedicated to ending homelessness and hunger in our communities. With special programs for veterans, people living with HIV/AIDS, food-insecure people and families, and people at-risk of becoming homeless, we apply a holistic 1-1 approach to help clients secure the housing and resources they need to achieve self-sufficiency and thrive.

The Case Management Team at HOPE Atlanta plays a vital role in supporting individuals and families facing homelessness and housing insecurity.
