Jodi Ogilvy has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and companies. Jodi started their career at Archer Daniels Midland Company in 2009, where they worked as a Web Specialist I. In this role, they assisted in maintaining and updating the company's websites, managed content, and conducted statistical analysis and trend reporting. Jodi then moved on to become a Web Communications Specialist at Archer Daniels Midland, where they were responsible for maintaining the external website and overseeing social media sites.

In 2015, Jodi co-founded Mod Circus, a fashion and lifestyle blog focused on Midwest living, fashion, and food. As a co-founder and co-editor, they played a crucial role in posting content three times a week and building a strong social media presence.

In 2016, Jodi joined Hope, where they held multiple roles. Jodi started as a Communications Manager, overseeing the organization's communications initiatives. Jodi is also responsible for the comprehensive planning, implementation, management, and oversight of all fundraising, communications, and community relations activities, positioning Hope as a leader in its field.
