Cynthia M. D.

Cynthia M. D. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in partner enablement, marketing, project management, and community engagement. Currently serving as a Specialist in Partner Enablement at Relativity since May 2021, Cynthia manages partner communications, webinars, and project oversight while also contributing as a Rel-L.I.T. Co-Chair to support Latino communities in technology. Cynthia's leadership roles extend to positions such as Events Chair for the Fellows Alumni Network Group and Project Manager in various service delivery operations. Additionally, Cynthia is involved in multiple nonprofit organizations, including serving as Head of Impact at Code Your Dreams, Founding Member of the Chronic Boss Collective, and Chapter Lead for Latinas in Tech - Chicago. With an educational background that includes an Associate's degree from Robert Morris University and Sanford Brown Skokie, Cynthia actively promotes diversity and empowerment within the tech industry and beyond.
