Cara Maat

Cara Maat currently serves as the Associate Dean of Community Belonging and Title IX Coordinator at Hope College, a position held since August 2018. In addition to these roles, Cara has experience as an IT Project Manager, Leadership Minor Lecturer, Residential Life Coordinator, and Resident Director at the same institution. From 2018 to 2019, Cara worked as the Worship Coordinator at Walker Harbor Church. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Organizational Change Leadership from Western Michigan University, earned between August 2019 and December 2021, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Religion/Religious Studies from Hope College, received in 2006.
