Jim Crawley

Jim Crawley currently serves as the Director of Global Recruitment at Hope College since June 2019. Prior experience includes leadership roles such as Director of University Recruitment and Outreach at ELS Educational Services, Inc., and Director of Global Recruitment & Partnerships at Alma College. Jim's career in international recruitment spans over two decades, including positions at ELS Language Centers, Grand Valley State University, and Central Michigan University. Jim holds a Master’s degree in Educational Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor's degree in Education/Spanish from Alma College. Active in community and professional organizations, Jim has also contributed as a volunteer event coordinator and as IEM KC Chair Stream for NAFSA: Association of International Educators.
