Megan Scheldt

Megan Scheldt, MOL, currently serves as the Director of Student Engagement & Operations at Hope College's Boerigter Center, where responsibilities include career counseling and the design and delivery of career-related workshops. In previous roles at Hope College, Megan worked as the Assistant Director and Networking Coach & Program Manager, focusing on helping students enhance their networking skills and facilitating connections with professionals and alumni. Prior to Hope College, Megan served as the Women’s Lacrosse Graduate Assistant Coach at Lourdes University, where administrative and academic planning were key duties. Megan holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Lourdes University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Saint Vincent College.
