Hope Community Church
Windy Lewis-Mizlo has extensive experience in various roles focused on communication, education, and adaptive sports. Currently, as a Crew member at Trader Joe's since October 2018, Windy implements customer service strategies, leads sections, manages projects, and mentors new team members. Windy has also been a Teacher at Hope Community Church RDU since February 2017, developing curriculum for young children and liaising with parents and services. Additionally, Windy has been an Assistant Recreational Supervisor for Milwaukee Public Schools since March 1999, overseeing adaptive sports programs and staff management. Previous roles include Case Manager Client Coordinator at Milwaukee Center For Independence, providing support for adults with disabilities, and Experiential Therapist at Rogers Memorial Hospital, focusing on children with mental health needs. Windy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy from East Carolina University.
