Lisa T. Xiong, MA, is an accomplished consultant and community trainer with extensive experience in entrepreneurship, grant management, and program development. As the owner of Xiong Consulting LLC since June 2018, Lisa aids organizations in strategic planning and capacity building. Currently serving as a Community Ownership Project Trainer at Hope Community, Inc., Lisa focuses on empowering low-income residents in Hennepin County through property ownership training. Previously, Lisa held leadership roles, including Interim Managing Director at Social Impact Strategies Group and Customer Success Manager at Community Reinvestment Fund, USA, where efforts centered on enhancing access to resources for underserved communities.
