Hope Family Health Services
HOPE Family Health Services is the only faith-based nonprofit health center of its kind in Sumner and Macon counties of Tennessee. HOPE is unique in that we provide a team-based integrated approach based on each patient's individual and unique care needs. What does that mean? Our patient's can access a broad spectrum of services under one roof, and providers from the various services coordinate care and services as a team to ensure the highest quality of care and the patient experience. HOPE serves both insured and uninsured patients with comprehensive and affordable medical services, behavioral health services, out-patient psychiatric care, on-site pharmacy, insurance enrollment assistance, and dental health services for the whole family. Many of our services can also be done through telehealth if desired. We welcome patients from all walks of life and seek to ensure care is not just affordable but accessible to all. As a result, HOPE offers language interpretation on-site for Spanish, American Sign Language, and many other languages. We seek to restore dignity, faith, HOPE, and health in those we serve by making patients partners in the healing process and providing them with loving, compassionate care.
