Katoria Tinsley

Katoria Tinsley is an experienced operations executive currently working at Hope Health Systems, Inc. since February 2020. Previously, Katoria served as the Director of Advancement Services at Coppin State University from July 2012 to December 2019, where strategic initiatives for major gifts and donor engagement were implemented. Katoria has held various administrative and coordination roles, including Executive Administrative Assistant to the Vice President and Assistant to the Associate Dean at Coppin State University, as well as positions with the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Women’s Health Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses. Katoria holds a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, several certificates in Human Resource Management, Leadership, Management, and Project Management, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Services Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
