James A. Goines

James A. Goines, MA, CAC-AD is the Director of Treatment of Hope House Treatment Centers. Mr. Goines began his education at the Community College of Baltimore in 1974 studying Mental Health. He received multiple certificates for education from the Office of Education Treatment in Addiction Services and the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene - Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists. In 2006, Mr. Goines received his Master's Degree in Counseling from the United Baptist College and Seminar. James has devoted 24 years to the Hope House Treatment Centers.
