Allyson Bailie is an experienced operations and marketing professional with a strong background in enhancing customer experiences and operational efficiencies. Currently serving as the Head of Operations & Marketing at HOPE Housing Fund Management Limited since August 2020, Allyson previously held key leadership roles at Retirement Essentials, where significant focus was placed on building scalable operating models for member experience. During a tenure at Gateway Bank from April 2008 to June 2017, Allyson progressed through various managerial positions, leading initiatives that improved service delivery, customer satisfaction, and sales performance. With an extensive background in learning and development acquired through roles at IMB Bank, Telstra, and Honeywell Process Solutions, Allyson holds multiple degrees, including an Advanced Diploma in Leadership & Management from the University of New England, and has accrued substantial expertise in the financial services sector.
