Drew McMillen

Drew McMillen is a professional with a strong background in innovation design and program support within international organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Innovation Designer at HOPE International since April 2022, Drew specializes in equipping innovators through consulting, coaching, project support, and facilitation of Design Sprints. Previously, at Compassion International, Drew held roles as Global Program - Product Support Specialist II and Business Support Intern, where responsibilities included product development, strategic support for trips, and efficiency improvements in operations. Drew also has experience as a Microfinance Program Manager at WE International Inc., overseeing loan programs for women in Uganda, and in leadership roles at StudentPrint, promoting fiscal changes and managing team operations. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
