Jake Townsend is an experienced professional in digital marketing and social media management, currently serving as the Manager of Social Media at Hope Media Group since February 2022. Townsend previously worked as a Digital Marketing Analyst at WAY Media from October 2021 until January 2024 and held the role of Community Impact Director at Southwest Florida's WAY-FM from February 2014 to March 2022. Earlier experience includes an internship as Community Relations Intern at 104.9 the River in 2013 and a position as Department Head at Resound Radio from August 2011 to May 2013. Jake Townsend earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcasting and Digital Media from Cedarville University, where studies were completed from 2010 to 2013.
