Derion Ibarra

Derion Ibarra is a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, working in the College of Education. They also hold the position of Mathematics Curriculum & Professional Development Coordinator at HOPE Online Learning Academy Co-Op. Additionally, they are the Founder and Executive Director of the non-profit organization Greatness in Pueblo, CO. With a background in education, health, and performance, Derion has experience as an Assistant Director & Data Analyst, a Performance & Health Specialist, and a Math Teacher. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Educational Leadership Research and Policy, Derion's dedication to education and community impact is evident through their various roles and accomplishments.
