Cameron Haste

Cameron Haste is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer for Bay Federal Credit Union, the largest locally-owned financial institution in Santa Cruz County. He is also the co-founder of Emanate Life Sciences, a clinical data services firm in the life sciences industry.

Cameron began his relationship with Hope Services in 2005 when he hired one of Hope's clients at the credit union. The client has been a wonderful addition to the team and remains a beloved member of the credit union family to this day. Experiencing the positive impact the relationship with Hope’s client brought to the credit union, and observing Hope’s active engagement in the community, Cameron wanted to become more involved with the agency. He joined the Hope Services’ Board of Directors in 2010 and has served in the roles of Secretary, Vice-Chair, and Board Chair.

Cameron is active in the community and supports a number of causes important to him, focusing on youth engagement, education, social services, diversity, and inclusion. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from California State University, Dominguez Hills.
