Phylicia Nguyen

Phylicia Nguyen currently serves as a Mental Health Clinician at Hope Services, beginning in September 2023. In addition, Phylicia has been a Human Resources Student Assistant and COVID Team Assistant at Santa Clara University since July 2022, where responsibilities include employment verification, data management, and supporting HR initiatives. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Behavior Technician and Registered Behavior Technician, focusing on applied behavior analysis for clients with autism. Phylicia also has customer service experience from working at Chick-fil-A, as well as providing specialized care for visually impaired youth through babysitting services. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of San Francisco.
