Shannon Figueroa

Shannon Figueroa currently serves as a Client Services Monitor at Hope the Mission and has been a Second Responder with the Los Angeles Mayor’s Crisis Response Team since October 2017. Shannon's previous experience includes roles as a Senior Executive Assistant at VA Claims Insider and EasyHealth, Office Administrator at Carollo Engineers, and Executive Assistant at Calpipe Industries, LLC, among others. Responsibilities have encompassed streamlining office operations, managing executive schedules, coordinating travel, and overseeing administrative functions. Shannon is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Relations/Business Management from Los Angeles Harbor College and holds an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice from Kaplan University.
