Barnabas Joseph Shanthi

Barnabas Joseph Shanthi has an extensive work experience spanning several roles and companies. Barnabas recently joined Hope Valley Industries as the Vice President of Manufacturing in December 2022.

Prior to that, Shanthi worked at Star Thermoplastics Alloys and Rubbers, Inc. as the Vice President of Manufacturing Operations from March 2021 to December 2022. In this role, they were responsible for improving the company's on-time delivery, achieving zero reject/MRB material, and leading various aspects of plant operations.

Before that, Shanthi was the Manager of Manufacturing Engineering at Dispensing Dynamics International from May 2017 to March 2021. Barnabas obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bharathiar University, completing their studies from 1986 to 1990. Following this, they attended the Central Institute of Plastics Engineering and Technology, where they received a Post Graduate diploma in Plastics Engineering from 1991 to 1992. Finally, Shanthi enrolled at Loyola Institute of Business Administration from 1993 to 1996 to pursue a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, specializing in Business Administration, Management, and Operations.
