Suzanne Fortier

Suzanne Fortier is the Chief Philanthropy Officer at HopeHealth. Suzanne previously served as the Philanthropy Officer for Grants and Communications at Care New England from January 2014 to October 2017. In this position, they were responsible for identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding corporate, foundation, and federal and state grantmakers. Suzanne also supervised and participated in the writing, editing, and submission of 65 proposals each year for medical research, strategic priorities, programs, and capital needs at all CNE operating units.

During their tenure at Care New England, they led the project team that secured a $4.5 million grant from CMS Accountable Health Communities program. Suzanne also administered the Constance A. Howes Women's Health Innovation Research Fund. In addition, they served on Care New England Academic Council and Care New England Public and Community Health Committee of the Board of Directors.

Fortier has a long history of working in philanthropy and has been instrumental in securing millions of dollars in funding for their previous employers. Suzanne is a dedicated professional who cares deeply about making a difference in the lives of others.

Suzanne Fortier has a MPA from the University of Washington and a BA in Public Relations from Simmons University.
