Arianna Taboada is the Learning & Impact Lead at Hopelab. Arianna has been with the company for over four years, starting as a Study Coordinator and working their way up to their current position.

Arianna is responsible for project management across the life-cycle of digital intervention development and evaluation, including: facilitating collaborative evaluation planning and guiding strategic decision-making, sourcing, vetting and onboarding external scientific advisors and consultants, building and maintaining research infrastructure, systems, and processes, oversight of day-to-day study operations and data analysis, and dissemination of evaluation findings to internal team as well as external stakeholders.

In addition to their project management duties, Arianna also champions departmental and organizational learning around reflexive practice and positionality in evaluation, participatory methodological approaches with youth, and equitable partnerships and collaboration with BIPOC-led youth serving organizations.

Arianna Taboada has a diplomado in Salud Global from the Instituto Nacional de Salud Pública, a BA in Cultural Studies & Public Health from UCLA, and an MSW and MSPH in Social Work and Maternal/Child Health from UNC Chapel Hill.
