Lionel Ramazzini

Lionel Ramazzini is currently the Creative Lead at Hopelab. Lionel has previously worked as a Senior Designer at IDEO.org from January 2015 to December 2018, where they were responsible for designing screens, wireframes, mock ups, brand collateral, as well as communication with vendors to deliver final designs to IDEO.org's partners. Lionel was also part of DEI initiatives to help create more equitable work practices in design. Prior to that, Lionel worked as a Designer at Winnow Research Studio from January 2014 to December 2014, where they worked on a mix of projects, including delivering insights and research guides for clients and internal teams.

Lionel Ramazzini holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial Design from the California College of the Arts.

Their manager is Margaret Laws, President & Chief Executive Officer. They are on a team with Fred Dillon - Head of Advisory Services, Erin Sietstra - Head of Investments, and Brian Rodriguez - Head of People & Culture.
